Your MCP endpoint
Claude Code
- In a terminal, run:
- Start Claude Code, type
/mcp, choose quotewright, then Authenticate. - Sign in with your Quotewright console email and password when the browser opens.
Claude Desktop
- Click the + next to the message box, then Connectors → Add custom connector.
- Paste your endpoint (above) and give it a name, e.g. “Quotewright”.
- Click Connect, then sign in with your Quotewright console email and password.
Read-only. This connection can look things up — search the catalogue, check a price, review quote history — and nothing else. It cannot send, edit or delete a quote, and it only ever sees your own firm's data.
What you can ask
- “What did we quote this customer in March, and is that price still above our list?”
- “Do we have a 220gsm black felt in stock spec, and what's the agreed price for this customer?”
- “What have customers asked for this quarter that we couldn't price?”
